The cottage has a cobbled front yard with outbuildings housing a utility room with washing-machine and cold-water sink, a woodshed and a WC with small washbasin. The yard is enclosed with a sturdy latched gate.<\/p>\n

Suaeda Cottage from the Garden*<\/p><\/div>\n

The sheltered walled garden at the back can be reached either via the dining-room or sitting-room doors or via a path down the side of the house. Garden furniture, shrub and floral borders and a choice of sun or shade throughout the day make it a pleasant place for grown-ups to sit and small children to run about in. A folding table and chairs for outside eating are provided (but mind your fingers, and please don’t have barbecues!).<\/p>\n

There is no dedicated parking space, but roadside parking is free in the village and you can park temporarily on the staithe at low tide.<\/p>\n
