The mobile signal has improved recently, but just in case, there is a<strong> landline phone guests can use<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>The heating is electric (mainly <strong>storage heaters<\/strong>), with a <strong>small but very effective woodburner<\/strong> in the downstairs sitting room.<\/li>\r\n<li>There is a<strong> cobbled yard<\/strong> at the front and a <strong>walled garden<\/strong> at the back.<\/li>\r\n<li>We offer <strong>short breaks (minimum three nights)<\/strong> except during peak periods.<\/li>\r\n<li>The <strong>2025 letting season is from 4 April to 31 October<\/strong>, with a few interruptions for maintenance and personal use.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>As of July 2025, Suaeda Cottage will no longer be advertised with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sawdays.co.uk\/\">Sawday&#8217;s<\/a>. This is because the cottage will be less available for holiday lets next year, for family reasons. A big thank you to Sawday&#8217;s for all their help over the years! The beds are super comfy!
